1/4 mile est.

I ran at a 1/4 mile track awhile back and ran out of gear just past the 1/8th I coasted thru the 1/4...What should it have ran here are the incrimentals...
1.325 60'
3.978 330'
6.250 1/8th
107.6 MPH at the 1/8th
8.275 at the 1000'
10.251 1/4 Coasting somewhere after the 1/8th
107.5 MPH 1/4mile...

Thanks for any input..I figure someone out there runs the 1/4 with close to these times....

Hey Jody....!!! how the heck have ya been...?Wowy your flyin!!!I'd say a tad less gear will result in 1/2 tenth more in the 1/8 (maybe) and would say with the right gear .......maybe 9.70's low 80's......NICE job dude!!

I'll Hang out on the LIMB and say between 9.50 to 9.60?
I'm guessing a 5.67 is the Gear you have Now?So,with a 4.10 you will go past 150mph.........
A 6.33 is the 1/8 Factor for a 9.90 1/4.
By the Picture of you Truck,i would have to say that YOUR FLYING!!!

Hey Tray!! Been awhile. It has 4.88 gears in it now I think I can find a set of 4.56's to try but not 100% Sure. How have you been?

itsabird 05-31-2008 03:28 AM

i am with the tad less gear guy, short time 60 and 330 look good, 1/8 mph along with e.t., should pickup ( oop,s no pun intended) with 4.56 gear. imo.
