ADVICE NEEDED
 
My son wants to start racing , he is 11 yrs old. What advice can i get on where to start him out?
He is knowledgeable of Dirt Track and Mini Stock. But he wants to go asphalt racing. Where would be the best for him to start at? :?:

GO CARTS. 4 STROKE BRIGGS for the first year or so then if he is doing ok get him a yamaha.

good point, jr dragster, if it's drag racing. been around long enough to see some of the kid's move into dragster, and do dang well.

tell him to stick to dirt!!! haha just kiddin. good luck with whatever you do. its good to see kids get the racing fever early

Round track, is what he wants to do.
Just womdering where to start him, thinking of Quarter Midgets .
Going to Huntsville , Al. this wekend to watch the QMA Grands.
Guess that will help in the decision.
