63 SSplit Window Fiberglass Body

I am looking for a glass company that makes a complete race car body in fiberglass, or even better...a good used one. I have a 68 Corvette and I am thinking of changing it to a split window. Thanks!

are you asking do they make a one piece Body ?

Hairy Glass puts out one of the best Quality fiberglass bodies out there..no cheap flimsy stuff.

Yeah, I knew that there was a few that made a body but I couldnt seem to findem. VFN is who I bought from before and I really liked the hood. It was very stiff and very light, but they didnt list a 63 body on the site. Thanks for your help!

My neighbor has a roadrunner fiberglass from them. The fiberglass is real rough inside and the seams where the mold was is bulky. If it were me i would go with hairy glass or if VFN has any. Sun Coast bodies aren't that great either. Guy I work with is doing one now and pieces don't line up that well and it's thin. What ever you decide just make sure you look at there work first or no someone that has had it and you could see it or know first hand that theres is the real deal

don't even think about using buris glass works, I bought and payed for a 66 nova complete body, and only have recived the front end , doors and trunk lid. its been over a year sence i placed the order. the owener of that company is troy bobbitt. when i can get ahold of him he has lied to me on more then one ocasion.

I just received my split window from Hairy Glass. Some companies have will call only. Hairy crates for free.

I ordered the whole kit including doors, dash and scoop.

I send 1/2 down and in three weeks, Sanda called and said body was in finishing. I send the balance and she even found a carrier $100 less than my other quotes.

Great quality, great communicaton and made in the USA by Americans.

Bet its awesome. I had to piece mine together. Front from here, rear from there and then couldn't find doors to fit. Making some fit now. Saved a little money, but the hours!!!!!!!!Good luck.

Ive got a SUNCOAST 63 vette body and LOVE it didnt have much trouble mounting it or finishing it. Its light weightand thats good for me Im weight concerned. BUT a HAIRY GLASS body is an excellent choice also!!!! DR.
