Rpm issue with 7al2
 

My dragster has a mega 450,7al2 three step ,rpm activated switch and msd flying magnet i am having an issue with the rpms when i set the button to do a burnout with a 6000 pill in it it only goes to 4000 then when i set the trans brake and hit the throttle no matter what i have it it will not go above 3200 and thats even without a rpm dial or pill in it at all i am completely lost on this i also took the three step out of the 7al and juat put a 3000 pill in it and it did ok holding, then i put a 4000 in it and it only went to about 3600 this car is new to me and it has every possible eloctronic it can have in it so not sure if it is the 7al box or what
