Hilborn stack injection setup for SBC

just got an intake for my 360 chevy and need a recomendation for Nozzle size for Alcohol. the motor is 12.5 to 1, .590 lift roller cam, 6500 rpm redline, #0 pump 2-3/16 throat stacks. 2800lb? car with 4.56 gears, 33" tall tires, powerglide with 3200rpm stall. hoping to get 450-500 HP out of the motor
this is my first attemp at mechanical fuel injection and will take any advice available. Thanks guys

16AS would probable work best, but you coulds also run 14's or 18's. We run 18 AS but with a little larger size injection. Definately not smaller than 14AS.

yes on the 434's, i have some friends who also runs them. We run everything from 355's to 434's on stacks and alcohol.
With the "0" pump and 16 AS nozzles is .075, that will put you within .010 either way with a 360" motor. Set the High Speed lean out at 60 lbs on the leak down and if you have an idle bypass set it at 15 lbs. or less.
