JEFF HESS GOES TO JAIL
 

JEFF HESS HAS BEEN SENTENCE TO 24 MONTHS IN A FEDERAL PRISON AND THEN 3 YEARS PROBATION. HE WAS ORDERED TO PAY OVER 25000 DOLLARS IN RESTITUTION. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the small time in jail sucks...and the restituion sounds great but in reality the person scheduled to get the money never see's it..
he is probaly going to some prison camp somewhere with no fences and play softball and and use up everyone's tax dollars.

This is where the USA has went down hill...if Hess would have done this crap over in AFGANISTAN or some 3rd world country they would have CUT HIS hands off.
thats why you see so much of this crap in the USA cause criminal know they can hire some hot shot lawyer and get off with a light sentenance.
just imagine if USA hung people in public for killing people and cutting hands off stealing...you think the rate would drop !!!!!

i really feel bad for the people that got their money taken from this clown.

Well it is good news any time a scammer goes to the slammer....I hope Ya'll get your money as these are hard times but they are even harder in the slammer....

This must mean he had priors and to get 24 months. This all adds up to points in the criminal sytem and the more points you have the longer your going to jail.

The money will most likely neve come but be ready when he gets out to contact his probation officer and ask about payments. If the court has ordered them then he could be sent back for not paying.

Also sue him on a civil claims....
