We are moving out of Florida, Tried Port St. Lucie... Sucks!
Moved to St. Augustine, Nice people but it rains to much and our allergies are killing us!
Anyway, We want to move to AZ., somewhere just North of Phoenix.
I don't....
I don't want to learn Spanish,
I don't want to sleep in my garage with my guns,
I don't want to live in an HOA....
I do....
I do want to work on my cars & mc/s
I do want to meet similar car & m/c people

I don't car about the dry heat... Been in Florida & Vietnam...Hate humidity!

Anyone have comments on good areas their?

I lived in Az. for over 20 yrs. 70's and 80's. All in Maricopa county, it's the one place to stay away from, people were already out of Phx. in those days HIGH crime rate home invasions,etc.
My preferance would be Prescott Az. but it's at 5,000 ft so there's a little bit of winter there, but beautiful in the summer and not too hot. The other choices at a little lower elevation woud be New River, and Camp verty at about 2,000/3,000 ft. all very dry Low crime rate, and last would be Wickenburg, west of Phx. also low crime rate.

Close to Smokey Mountains and also Carolina beaches..HotRodding all around you including annual Rod Runs in Gatlinburg Tn. 3 hours away...Good drag racing in every direction and real close to heart of NASCAR country.. BEAUTIFUL PLACE !
