did you dyno the engine to obtain these numbers ?

hughesis21 02-10-2008 06:02 PM

grooms engines dynoed it, i have a buddy works in management over there

cncmotorsports 02-10-2008 06:15 PM

do you have the dyno sheet's ? Sounds like they inflated the numbers or did soemthing.

hughesis21 02-10-2008 11:42 PM

yes i have my own dyno sheets, this is not one of there production motors, so they have no reason to jack the numbers up, you just have to know what works with what, im not gonna buy a bunch of parts that have big names or look pretty, like most of the unexperienced motor assemblers. to tell you the truth i believe im holding some of the horsepower back because of the tpi setup. but i like the reliability of fuel injection. i believe i can run 7.00's n the malibu with a ten inch tire, beefy 700r4 4.10's and then drive it home, ahhhh fuel injection, somebody remind me to cage the car....

hughesis21 02-10-2008 11:51 PM

is the "inflation" accusation because i didnt buy the parts from your cnc-whateverucallit.com?????
