Who builds the best and strongest turbo 400 for the money

Welcome to the forum.
Several big name companys I.E. T/S, TCI, BTE, etc etc are making some very stout T 400's these days.
The question would be what level of stoutness are you looking for? And how deep are your pockets?
I highly recommend T/S they are super nice folks to deal with and they have a Turbo 400 rated for 2000hp in the $3000 dollar range.
