HOOSIER tire pressure

Bought a set of New HOOSIER'S (slicks) awhile back and I've heard that this brand likes more air pressure. any truth to this. never had hoosiers before.

30x10.5x15 on 10"rim

frontengine dragster with a full length glide w/ brake.

car seems to like 7psi and 3500rpm off line. anymore rpm it just spins the tires. 4.11gear in the rear.

have about 15 passes on them now.

Thanks

I ran 6.5 in my Hoosiers. That is where it hooked and ran best.

HOOSIERS

Thanks, I was kinda nervous about running too low of pressure.

Se how it feels at the top end. You have to compromise sometimes to be safe. It doesn't take much to warm the Hoosiers, so you don't need a John Force burnout. Try to do all the burnouts about the same length of time to be more consistent. Good luck with it.
