how do i search by user
 
i have users watching my ads, so how can i look them up to see if they have anything listed for sale?

Go to the RJ main home page. Hit the "social" button in the red banner. Go to "search profiles" in the gold banner. Go to the bottom of page and put it in "search by user name".
Click on their profile and go to the right side of their page about half way down, and if they have anything for sale it will be listed there.
