Me and my Dad have been going over to this honey hole in Des Arc Ark every spring since I was a kid, we've missed the last few years due to various reasons, we played catch up this past weekend, it was a good trip to say the least.

I wish my father liked to fish, but he doesn't.Went once when I was a kid..he caught a Crappie and said "That's the biggest blue gill I've ever seen." :o


I love small mouth and Flat Head fishing the best.

I wasnt pushing my luck with the ol`man, I was lucky just getting him in the boat...lol

Nothin' like a nice day of fishing....except a good day of racing. LOL!

buzzbait bassin!! thats hard to beat, being retired, its hard to find the time, but i try to fish from 4-5 days a week. :D

Thats awesome that you can spend that quality time with your dad. Looks like you had a great time on that lake.

Come on over, Lake Lanier is 3 minutes from my house.
