Max Cubin Inch for 320 runners

I'm putting together a blown bbc. I have a really good set of 320cc runner heads. Will these heads flow enough to support a 540 cu in block?

Don't know nothing about blower motors but when I was shopping for heads for my 540 AFR recomended their 335 so they aren't too far off...besides...you already have them.
