Too bad they don't have any pics. from the mid 60's, i was a frequent visitor there and Rockford dragway with my blown sm/blk Chevy 1966 T'bird, in fact set a world record in 1968 in A/sp's along with Austin Coil (Forconus,Memic,CoilL from Mr Norms dodge) John Force's tuner for yrs.

my first trip down the blacktop was right there.i grew up in hanover park, just outside chicago. went to oswego alot.probably watched you run once or twice zip!!does that make me as old as you.?lol
