Good. It looks to be good by the words in the ad. Plus that ad makes sense.
You would spend double that plus more to build that engine. I don't like the intake manifold but that is just me. Looks like he has a perfect feed-back too. Happy for you.; That should be a rompin stompin piece of fun. Ed |
Sounds like your on your way to harbor city 8)
I hope it turns out well. In his 65 it probably ran a low 11. |
Thanks, i really wanted some of the engines that were offered here but they just werent in my budget.

Looks like you got a good deal, hope everything is up to snuff, you never know with used engines, If it was mine I'd pull the heads and oil pan and take a peak to make sure everything at least looks alright. Also I'd definetly install a new front seal and a new rear main seal. It might save some headaches later on. Lot easier to do this kinda stuff now than after you have the motor in the car.
Goodluck, Charles |
seems odd that there isnt a side view of the motor?
Im having problems finding a set of headers for my brodix heads. I would ask which headers he is using with that block. |
Definately gotta stay within your budget. We all know what that is all about. Good luck with your motor.
Let us know how it goes. |
