Very sad to hear of his suicide. Another casualty in a long war. Hope they improve the mental health care for the other returning vets.

my father went thru much the same thing from the korean war.and my uncles from ww2.they took country boys and taught them how to kill and when they came home they just cut them lose on society. my dad wasnt ready for that he needed time to calm down a re-learn how to deal with things.but he drank instead. didnt before he went but did when he came back.said it slowed him down.these boys give EVERYTHING and they get NOTHING in return. aint right.

One of the largest act you can do for our heroes, is to take care of their families back home. For the troops with families, this weighs HEAVILY on them. They do NOT need to have that entering their brains while in combat, PERIOD. So, find a military family in your area, and make an offer of assistance to them. Random acts of kindness goes a loooooong way for these folks.
May God bless and protect them and the America we all love......

oh man he came thru san antonio on his ride and made the news,
good guy, they rolled out the red carpet for him, tuned up his bike,
gave him some air time to talk about his cause, he realy seemed like
he had a hold of things, but fourtunitly not. we must say prayers for
him, as many individuals that can help with prayers, god will not hear
his prayers, but he will hear ours, the chuch calls it, "praying for the
damnation of that individual", may god have mercy on such a giving
individual, who thought of others than himself, prayers for him
and his family, godspeed brother, ernest in texas
(pray for him guys)
