Can anyone tell me the weight of a fully dressed sbc race engine. Any suggestions on shipping one, What freight company and procedures to do it, Thanks

sbc with iron heads and intake weighs around 575 lbs.

do the math from there depending on aluminum components it has.

Thanks Tod, it has alum. heads, but its a dart block so that might make up the difference in iron heads.
