:P WHAT IS THE BEST PRIMER?? I WOULD LIKE HIGH BUIL.FAST DRY. EASY SAND.NO SHRINKAGE

The only paint that I use is PPG. They make an excellent primer. I dont know if they make it anymore but I used to use K200. Yes it is exspensive but when it comes to paint cost dont matter to me cuz it is true when they say you get what you pay for. If they dont have the K200 then you want a filler primer. PPG has a few that are good. Hope this helps.

If you ask 10 people this question you'll probably get 10 different answers. Most paint companys (DuPont, PPG, Martin Senour) all make some kind of good Hi build primer. Just make sure it's a 2K primer. Stay away from the old laquer based primers. And if you are dealing with a lot of bare metal, use an etching primer first. JMO!
