rocker adjustment
is it best to adjust the rockers with the stud girdles on or should i remove the girdles then adjust the rockers thanks.

Leave the stud girdles on just loosen them enough so that you adjust your rockers.

I was checking valve spring pressure, not adjusting valves. I least I didn't let some dummy talk me into traveling 200 miles to a messed up racetrack.lol.
