Water on the heads

Is it common to have water (I assume condensation) pool in the low parts of the top of the cylinder heads in an engine that runs on alcohol? I have run the engine a bit this spring tuning it up and wonder if the water is condensation. Both times I changed the oil the was water pooling in the low side of the heads, probably about a tablespoon in each.
Can a guy run a separator to remove the water?

If you don't take it up to full temp. every time you run it, it'll collect that condensation. A vacuum pump will help tremendously. A gasoline primer system for idling around will help even more and will warm the motor quickly and cheaply. 8) JB

alcohol will absorb water from the air , if you get a little heat in the engine it will take care of most of that problem , sometimes mine will have steam coming out the puke can breather , but engine will be clean when I shut it down,, :D
