Right or wrong ,This is not an uncommon practice by no means !!

i know, (my opinion) i dont think its right, say i want to trade him and do the deal, he dosnt have the car & trys to go ahead and do the deal with him, if that guy backs out all he did was waste my time on somthing he didnt even have in the first place......oh well .....lol
