pro stockers on electronic fuel injection

would pro stockers be any quicker or faster on efi and how long would it take them to do it?

I think if they were faster you'd see a lot more people with them.

I think they will be quicker in ET but not faster. At least at first they won't be if ever. You would be surprised at the Pro Stock teams that have already been testing EFI for several years and even trying to get NHRA to allow it.

NHRA will not allow it is the only reason you do not see it yet. It is called *Sponsorship Big Bucks still dictate the direction the rules go*. That is the only reason why the very popular Pro Stock Trucks were abandoned.

I read an article that WJ wrote about the going to electronic fuel injection. In his article he said that what ever benifits they would see with a stream lined hood they would loose without the hoop scoop ramming the air in. It was a few years ago.
