need help identifiying a conveter it is 8 in with welded ring only numbers on it are dsx-5+1/4 t6b thanks

To me a converter just looks like a converter...unless the part numbers ring a bell with someone I think it will be tough to figure out...JMO

With all the Converters I have had?
I would say the 5 is for 5000 Stall,and the +1/4 its for a 1/4 Mid-plate,other than that?
