speedometer gear

I am changing my grandson 89 camaro rear end gearing from 2.77 to 3.73. Anybody know what transmission speedometer gear I need? Thanks.

I'm assuming your transmission has the "bullet looking" speedometer gear housing with O-ring and uses a cable speedo drive.

What transmission?
What height tire?

I contacted TCI when I made my gear change. They were very helpful.
