Big Brother Barry strikes again.......

Barack Obama's FCC is poised to regulate the Internet... And we need your help to STOP it.

Here they go again...

...Despite the very clear message sent by the American people on Election Day, President Obama's three unelected Democrat commissioners at the FCC are reportedly moving full steam ahead with plans to bypass Congress and slap burdensome and unnecessary regulation on, of all things... the Internet.

And they are planning to do so within a matter of weeks, against the will of the American people and before the newly-elected Congress you've chosen convenes in January.

Make no mistake... such regulation, misnamed "Net Neutrality," is anything but neutral. It puts the Government in charge of managing the Internet's infrastructure. In fact, if "Net Neutrality" supporters get their way, all Internet infrastructure and online content would constitute public property - fully owned and controlled by the Federal Government.

It's no wonder that some are calling "Net Neutrality" the "Fairness Doctrine" for the Internet.

Right now, the FCC is operating behind closed doors, but every indication is that the Commission's Chairman, Julius Genachowski, is planning to force a vote on this issue in a matter of weeks.

The American people must stop this government takeover of the Internet. And you can do your part by joining us in contacting Chairman Genachowski and his two fellow Democrat Commissioners right now.

The message is simple, call and e-mail the Democrat Commissioners below and tell them,
"Hands Off the Internet! No to 'Net Neutrality!'"

Chairman Julius Genachowski:[email protected] 202.418.1000

Commissioner Michael Copps:[email protected] - 202.418.2000

Commissioner Mignon Clyburn:[email protected] 202.418.2100

Then, once you have contacted the FCC Commissioners above, please visit www.stopnetregulation.org and sign our online petition.

With your help, together we can stop this government takeover of the Internet.

Sincerely,

Jeff Mazzella and Seton Motley
