where can i get a rebuild kit for it?Or do i have to send it to BG?

Most of them you gotta send back.
Been there done the BG thing. Have one old one and one fairly new piece of junks sitting under the bench. Buy an Areomotive pump and that'll solve your leaking problem for good.
