IMPORT BLOWER BELTS
 
I just ordered a spare blower belt for our dragster a 1440 8mm, from the same place I had ordered the first one last year. The first one was an RCD made in the U.S.A belt. The one I got yesterday is a Best Torq (never heard of them) belt made in P.R.C. I guess they don't think anybody would think it is made in China by just putting the initials. Needless to say I am not too happy, the place I bought it from said they changed suppliers. Is nothing sacred anymore? I have a nostalgia F.E.D., the last thing I need is a Chinese blower belt everybody can see. I may send it back but just a warning to you guys, start checking first before you buy if you want American stuff.

It'd probably shred and destroy your AMERICAN MADE engine.
