oil restrictors dart little m block

I am completeing a build on a dart little m setup. The cid is 436 strictly for drag racing. I had orderd a short block from a reputable builder. I am about to install it in the car and a friend remineded me to check for the oil restrictors in the block near the back of the engine, I opened them up and found no restrictors at all, just wondering if they have to be there and if so what size is recomended?
Thanks
Al

Should be 1/4" pipe threads in front and back, I think I used plugs with .070 in back and .100 in front.

Ok, the guy that built the engine told me that , the lifters are a special type that restrict the oil flow to the top end and restrictors are not needed.
the lifters are PBM made my morell.
any ideas??
need to put this thing together today.
