Hey guys ! Just got my intakes back from getting coated at Nitroplate.
One is a sniper and the other is a 454R.

Yep got it in Sept, redoing the whole car, needed a big face lift :D

Does coating the inside the intake like yours is done help with flow?
Just curious, I'm sure they will look very cool sitting on top that bad bbc in your rail.

I am not sure on the flow, I wondered if it did or not also.

If you don't mind sharing... How much did the intake coating cost?

Not a problem, they were $125.00 each plus shipping, this is the 2nd and 3rd intake I've had them do, all three turned out awesome. If I would have spent a little time and cleaned the castings up they would have been even better. Pictures just dont do it justice.

Thanks for sharing. My blower intake (aluminum) is corroding under the blower. The cold alky makes it sweat, and the water just sits in it. I'm considering either that ceramic type coating, or powder coating, after it's been bead blasted.
