good 5 or 6 speed tranny to mate with sbc
 

I am wanting to swap out my th350 in my v8 s10 and am looking for a good manuel trans to swap in. I would prefer something with an overdrive because i want it to be a good dd but i can change the rear end gears if need be. I am looking for it to be relatively cheap. And i dont want it to break down all the time because i have a heavy foot. The motors goal is around 450hp or a little over. and somewhere around that in torque. i have heard a t-5 out of a camaro or transam will work but dont know if it will hold up to that much power. Any suggestions needed, budget is about 800 for the tranny maybe more.
