Hi to all, Ive been hanging in the forums for a while, so I am posting links to 2 different myspace pages I dedicated to my dad. He was a gasser/funny car driver, I had to do pages because there were 2 different cars he drove. He had a pretty good run for about 10 years before it all colapsed from a car explosion that burned him pretty bad and ended his career as a race car driver. (He is still alive) There are a few hundred pics in the photo albums, witch can be found at the far left of the pages under the icon sized picture of titled car. Enjoy !

Cool pics, The first sour grapes pic, was that take at the old Gateway Intl. raceway? St. Louis Intl. Raceway as it was known back then?

That is very possible and you are more that likely correct. That is one of the tracks where he raced at a lot as he lived in and still does the Kansas City area. He was getting a little help from Al Vanderwoude with that car, as it was the old flying dutchman charger chassis. That was the last fuel car he owned right before he started driving the flying dutchmans for Al. And the flying dutchman story is on the 2nd page section, lots of great pictures there.
