"37" Fangliat
It's a 37-52 Fiat Topolino, some folks confuse it with Anglias and Volkswagons. They were also produced in France under the Simca nameplate.

Love those old Fiats, Bantams, Anglias, Henry J's and Willys. There are alot of others but I'm sure you see what I mean. Even sitting still they look fast.
