350 S-10 Problems..any ideas?
i have a 91 gmc sonoma, 2wd, auto. it had a 4.3 in it. i dropped in a 350 from a 90 or 91 half ton 2wd chevy. i got the motor from a boneyard and i heard it run before it was pulled from the donor. other than headers and electric fans the whole setup is stock. the throttle body, electrical everything. now the truck runs MOST of the time at an idle but whenever i try to go anywhere itll die. it seems like its not getting fuel. i thought at first it was a fuel pressure issue. i have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, rebuilt the pressure reg on the throttle body, and i have tried several different computers for the 4.3 and the 350. with the truck parked the TBI looks to be spraying good strong cones. the only thing that i have not done is hookup the o2 sensor. and the only code show is that it is running ritch. i dont know what else to do. do you have any ideas what my problem is?? thanks alot!! steve
