I buy my oil from my from my machine shop.It's Pennzoil GT oil.It is labeled as a "off-road" racing oil,so you can't buy it off the shelf.I pay $3.25 a quart and it has all the zinc,maganese,and other ingredients a happy motor needs. Any machine shop/auto parts store can probably get some for you.Cheap price for really premium oil.

Vavoline VR1 race oil has .130 zinc &.120 Phos. & is $3.09 a Qt
