nitrous jet sizing

when chosing jet sizes for nitrous systems, should you go by the plate manufacturer or the solenoid manufacturer?

I have NX solenoids and an edlebrock plate, should I use the edelbrock jet map chart?

I would use the solenoid manufacturers specs because its the solenoids that handle any potential flow. The plate will handle whatever jets you put in there.

Go by the plate the jets go in the plate and the plate does the mixing
Unless your solenoids are too small they will out flow the plate
Solenoid = on/off
jet = restriction/calibration
plate= mixing/distribution of fuel

Well, any other suggestions, lol

Normally I would say go with the plate, but Edelbrock's jet map is on the rich side by quite a bit. But there are other factors to consider as well.

Which NX nitrous side solenoid do you have? The 15100 is a small orifice solenoid which will make a difference in N2O jet sizing.
