Custom Headers
I have a BBC, 18* heads in a Toyota 4x4 truck and I live in Ga. Who can build a good set of customer headers? I can put together a set of weld ups, but I want a really good set of professionally built headers.
Thanks |

Thanks Rabbit....I know that some chassis fabricators have a person or know people who can do this....I like the weld ups....but I know a couple of muffler shops around here that will help with the bending of custom systems may need to talk to a muffler shop with gear heads that can help cause when I did that work always loved to do the custom stuff made the day go faster.....check with local exhaust shops and a couple of chassis fab's see who they recommend...I like the muffler shop idea cause they can do the tight stuff.. |
I've used some weld up kits before, but not able to this time. I would end up having to make so many new tubes it would be cheaper to start from scratch. I was hoping to find somebody that could make a good set and chrome 'em for me. I'm gonna measure really good when I get the motor in and try to buy a good pre-made set. With so many race cars / trucks out there I didn't think it would be so hard to find somebody to do it.
Thanks for all the replies. Scott. |
