Sema number???
 

I bought this old dragster and I found this tag on it and have little to no idea what it means. The tag is a metal strip just under the roll bar on the frame. The dragster has been sitting in a trailer for about 10 years. Under the picture I put a link to the rest of the pictures in my album. Thank you for whatever info you can give. I'm at a loss!
