Looking for info on engine codes

I just got a new to me engine and I'm trying to find out what the engine is out of originally. Does anyone know any sites so that I can decode it, or I'll put all the numbers for anyone that can tell me what the engine is. I know some of the stuff but not enough yet to decode it.

the "3970010" number is a 350 block
