anyone run their hot rod on e85
 
what does it take to run a mild sbc 9.5:1 mild cam 1.94 heads on e 85 just looking into it

Far as I know, you have to have the correct gaskets and "O" rings in your fuel delivery system, and of course, proper jetting . .

There's guys that come up here that's a lot smarter on Alky carbs than I am . . I have always worked with straight Methanol or Ethanol through an Enderle injector . . Dunno much about carbs, yet . . But I'm learning . .

It gets a bunch simpler when you use a Throttle Body Setup or something similar. You let the computer figure it all out . .

All you need is an E85 Carburetor.

E85 is more corrosive, so you will have to maintenance your fuel system a little more often.
