oooooh crap .... we got some snow in N/E oklahoma,,14'' and still going !!

Its nasty here right now, started about an hour ago. I am not going anywhere for at least 2 days! My old plow truck is gassed up, just hope I can keep up with the white stuff but I quess it dont matter if the county road crews cant get to my blacktop!
Be careful my fellow Illinoiz Boyz, its gonna get worse before it gets better.
I got firewood, some hot chocolate (with a shot or 6 of Baileys), my laptop (good day to search for a new toy) and the wife. life is good... :D

Wish it was snow. I am just south of that "Fine Line" here in Ohio, aka Rt 224, where if I was north it would be snow. Instead, I got a night of freezing rain.

SNOW & WIND JUST STARTED HERE AT 1:30 PM.....HERE WE GO !

Holy crap Ray. When did we move to Michigan? 10 deg and below zero wind chill in Ok. Come on springtime.

hahha man i here ya !! we have a 4x4 Tahoe and it was all it could do. to get around,THIS MORNING and it has BRAND new tires,, there is another Tahoe out in front of the house, thats been tyring to get out for about 45min. we got about 20 INCH'S so far. and still snowing,,

WE have been getting ice for about 10 hours--now it is a hard sleet--next will be the white stuff :oops: :cry:

Last year at this time i was half way thru a 2 month project in eastern OK.--[POTEAU, OKLAHOMA] --IT WAS NICE :lol: :lol:
I WANNA GO BACK AGAIN--AT LEAST IT GETS WARM FASTER THERE!!!!

So far just a lot of wind. Went out to the woods one more time and cut a load of wood. it's suppose to start here in about 45 minutes. Can't hardly wait :!: :P

yep,, the snow i can handle,, but that ICE brings down power lines,,,hope for the best,,

same here in bath ill about 20 inches and still coming got hot coffie and irish cream life is good retired and do not have to get out in it :) :)

Woooooo Hooo, it stopped Snowing,,, looks like 20'' was the total..now just the freeking wind,,damn ,, Burrr,, i went on the side of the house and I am not kidding there was a 7ft snow drift, put on my full face mask, and my 2 piece rain suit,,and my son bet me i could Dive thru it,, WELL>>I DIDNT MAKE IT, but have you ever tryed too climb out of a 7ft snow drift backwards,,that u didnt make it thru, he said it should have been a YOU TUBE video,,he was laughing so hard i think he wet his self,,LOL :P :P

man big you should have taped it at least for your buddies here lol

They say we got 12 inches (my old lady only wishes!) but its a mess in the country here in Central Illinois! I had about a 3 foot drift 20 some feet long in my driveway. Took me about 45 minutes to bust it up and drag out me amd my neighbors driveways with my plow truck. I dont have anywhere to push the stuff, its just everwhere. Now they say 30mph winds all day, high tomorrow 8, low is supposed to be -8 and that doesnt include the wind chill! I have 59 days till we head to Vegas, Cant get here fast enough!
