THIS is why the 'new' Camaro SUCKS .......

------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
and i thought i was the only person, to think that it sucked.
|
the new camaro does not suck......I like it.......owner of this one needs to be slapped!
|
they made that camero look horrible, damm train tires
|
I think this is an example of the dude that owns it and not the Camaro.
|
Looks perfect.
The Dodge Challenger and the Charger have more good looks in the dirt in their tires than the Camaro will ever have. Hell even the Ford Mustang hit it right |
I am a F-Body freak, especially the 1st generation. The only part of the car that resembles the older ones is the rear pillar and the top of the rear quarters. They should have made the nose look more like a 69 RS and the tail panel looks like I dont know what!
Chrysler hit the nail on the head with the Challenger, even the new Mustang is appealing to me and I am not a Ford man! Just my opinion they could have done a better job, hopefully they do some restyling in the next couple of years. RS style hideaway headlights would be cool as heck :!: |

------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Why Does the Car SUCK? I Suppose You have Never Seen a set of those JUNK Wheels on a CADDY? But................O just Forrget it! Later G :? |
suck???
The car doesn't suck. Those wheel combinations have no appeal to me.
Here's the rub, it's a new day. Many (maybe not all) of the new generation have different ideas of what THEY like. How many of us that came of age in the early 70's, ran around in cars that had the springs ready to snap from our air shocks pumped up to the max? On top of that, we had huge 60 series tires on back that, IF our air shocks went down, you were screwed! I imagine, if people today see pictures of those cars, they'd have a comment or two themselves. As long as I don't have to drive, it's somebody else's ride. Personally, I like the new Camaro. |
Those rims are hideous on that car. For a car that's such a bad design I sure do see a BUNCH of them on the road.
I give GM three thumbs up for 'em !! :D Afterall, it is the car that's getting GM out of bankruptcy  |
The new camaro sucks cause somebody put some donks on it>? I dont get it DD?
|
i looked at one sunday, and was not impressed with the body lines at all, it looks like someone took 3 cars, and made 1 out of them.
|

even the wife likes the challenger |
HaHaHa look its a military concept to replace the Hummer....
|
Lets face it CHEBY SELLS!!!!No matter what it looks like.... :D
|
I am an owner of a first gen Camaro... it is hard to get used to that 2010. When I see a new Challenger or new Mustang FB w/ nice wheels & resembles a Shelby.... I think that car looks cool (for a new car w/ emissions & computer crap) but when I see the new Camaro, I find it hard to see the retro/1st gen/muscle-car that I love and own. It has gills like a 69. tail lights are??? the grill is basic-plastic & modern like many others.... they really should have capitalized on the front of the true 1st generation Camaro better. I don't see the old Camaro in the new one much.
Now if I were to drive a 2010 SS w/a 6spd... I am sure I would like it better... who knows. |
all I know is thanks Gawd GM killed off Pontiac before they could do that to a Formula or Trans Am, I could never face my car again. Still it's a shame someone did that to a Camaro muchless any American Muscle car. There should be special licensing and classes on do's and dont's for buyers of these vehicles.... But on a lighter side these are the guys that drive up the resale values of these classics.

O'K i'm going to weigh in on this conversation, my daughter got a Chrysler Hemi, like Todd bought for her birthday in 2007, being a speed freek, she took it to LV motor speedway ( she lives in Henderson NV) She kicked a$$ until she came up against a Camero LS4 and it put a hurtin on her, she wished she would have gotten a Camero. It's not the Camero, it's the owner who screwed up the car. I personally don't want either one and i certainly wouldn't put 20" wheels on either one.

The '69 Camaro was a lean, mean, cool lookin machine. The new Camaro looks like a.......... FAT SLOB !!!!!!! |
Once you get the idea that the new Camaro doesn't look like an old one then you might be able to see the new age styling and run with it.

What a lot of people don't realize is that the mustang and challenger were put out as retro cars and the camaro was a concept car taking some retro and some new styling. It was never portrayed as a retro car.
