THE REST OF THESE PATRS ARE BRAND NEW A CUSTOM MADE SHEET METAL MANIFOLD,ENDERLE HAT AND INJECTION SET UP,ENDERLE FUEL PUMP,AEROSPACE VACUUME PUMP,BILLET TAPPET COVERS,MILODONE GEAR DRIVE,ENDERLE PUMP DRIVE FOR $26,082.0 AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. I AM NOW PAYING OFF A LOAN FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY. A FRIEND OF MINE DANA CAME ACCROSS PAUL AT THE TRACK 3 WEEKS AGO AND ASKED WHERE IS ANDREW FROM AUSTRALIA'S ENGINE AND PARTS ,PAUL SAID HE NEEDS TO PAY ME $785.00 FOR SHIPPING ANOTHER TRANSMISSION WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED. I THEN SENT THE MONEY STRAIGHT TO DANA WHO SAID HE WILL GO AND GET EVERYTHING AND MAKE SURE IT IS ALL OK, BUT PAUL WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS, EMAILS SO DANA RANG FROM ANOTHER PHONE AND PAUL ANSWERED AND SAID WHO IS THIS MY FRIEND SAID DANA AND GUESS WHAT PAUL HUNG UP.I CONTACTED THE CALIFORNIA POLICE DEPARTMENT WHO SAID THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL CRIME AND REPORT IT STRAIGHT TO MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARMENT WHO ARE HANDLING IT NOW . I DON'T WANT THE GOODS ANY MORE I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. WHAT HE HAS DONE IS JUST SO WRONG TO THINK BECAUSE I LIVE ON THE OTHERSIDE OF THE WORLD YOU CAN DO THAT TO PEOPLE . Yes i am working with the AUS and USA police on it now and they advised us that it is a long process. Once they have everything ready we will be given a court date. The good news is we have to come over and he will not be getting away with it.

I take it your in Brisbane, Qld? We got done for over US$40K about 9 years ago by a guy in Los Angeles. I'm a retired cop too and he knew it. I currently live in Australia. The Fed Police here said it was not enough money to do anything about ? and the FBI rep in Canberra said he couldn't do anything. So we hired a PI in LA, tracked his home address and filed suit in Orange County court, had to fly over, go to court, and we won, but in CA, if he cant pay you bad luck. You only get to put a lein on something he owns. Been through it all. Good luck and go get him.

The police in Brisbane have been great and are just finnishing everything to send to CA . We have made some awsome friends over there who we will be staying with when the day comes to go to court. We have been told what ever he owns will be sold to pay us back. He will not be getting away with it and we will do the same and hire who ever we have to as long as we get our money back.

I know it''s too late, but there is no way in heck I would send 26k to a stranger and trust them to send me anything. I know that's how this and many other web sites work, but for that kind of money I would have gone to get my parts and paid COD.

I really don't think they will take any personal property and make him pay you back. IF proven guilty he will have to pay you back. If he can't pay you back he goes to jail and you are out of your 26k.
