I ORDERED A SET OF RIM FROM ANTHONY DIRAFELE IN FEB. 2009 SENT HIM THE MONEY AND NEVER GOT THE RIMS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM FOR MONTHS AND LEFT MESSAGES BUT NOTHING. DON'T TRY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.

Does anyone know this guy or live in sherley ny area. Any help would be great. I have called this guy every day for last two months with very little responce. Last conservation I had with him was on 4-27-09 said he would ship wheels by friday 5-1-09. MONEYORDER was dated 2-23-09 and mailed the same day. MONEYORDER was 450.00 shipping included, I spoke with shirley ny. police today said I would need to start legal action in MS. talked to MS. AG office today. 5-14-09 no wheels. Sorry to hear about the bad dealings. If you paid with a Postal Money Order go to the Post office and file a claim and they will take care of you. I had to do this on some products a few years ago and it took a little time but they got my money back. Hope this helps. Oh yea they will help you out for Free. Take care

gust a little update with my case. talked to anthony on 5-19-09 he called me shortely after ms. attorney general left message on his phone. promised me he would send money order for 450.00 to me on 5-20-09 as of 6-3-09 still no money order. I mailed information to ms, A G office today also sent same information to U S POATAL INSPECTION SERVICE MAIL FRAUD DIVISION. now guess all there is to do is sit and wait. if anyone has any suggestions please fell free to coment. just a little update on this case. received a call from ny attorney general office today spoke with MRS. DENNER said she was looking over the information i sent her and would pass it on to field office of the county that anthoney lives in. she said i should here from a investigator in the next 6-8 days. the certified letter i sent still shows underlivered by us postal tracking. no news from us postal inspection mail fraud service. i still call anthoney every day some days as many as 8-10 times still no returned calls. i wish this guy would come on this form and defend himself but if you are a lyer and a thief there is not a lot to say. wonder who else he has scamed. jim

I called & got his voice mail. I left him a message explianing who I was & that he was named on the forum under the scammer section. I told him I would check in with him from time to time to see if he planned on making it right with you. Maybe the next time I can get him to answer... I am in Oregon. Good Luck!! Scooter

Probably his dead grandmother- Get the family names do a reverse look-up and start calling family members and telling them he screwed you-after you confirmed they are related. Family peer pressure is a wonderful thing and helped me squeeze my scammer.

Received letter from N Y attorney generals field office today says they will follow up on this case #2009-789838 . The lady i spoke with on the phone said it will take a couple of weeks. Got the certified letter that i sent anthoney on 6-09-09 back today 7-22-09 postal service says refused delivery. still no news from U S postal fraud service. Called anthoney today he has changed his phone message now he answers ALL PURPOSE please leave name and number dont know what that is any ideas. Thanks scooter for calling him i call all hours day and night only get answering machine. Any help would be great. thanks jim

still calling anthoney almost daily with no answer or returned calls. just want him to know i havent forgoten him. no news from new york attorney general office. looks like i can consider the $450.00 donation i made to him as bought experience. well hopefuly this will help anyone else from getting scamed by him. just remember anthoney dirafaele is a scam.hope everyone has a merry christmas & happy new year. thanks to all that have helped and replied. j smith 4115.

thanks to everybody who replied and helped with my case. i was able to reach collin who says he is anthoney brother by phone we were able to resolve the issue of the $450.00 he had not returned to me. i received a moneyorder 12-31-09 in the amount on $450.00. thanks to everyone.
