careful dealing with transam4357 from KY
 

Be very careful dealing with transam4357 (Darrell "Chris" Simpson) out of Hopkinsville KY. My son sold some rims to him and they exchanged UPS tracking numbers, his check for our rims. After he received the rims, he contacted UPS to see if we had gotten our package. We had not so he put a shipper intercept on it. We have contacts at our local UPS and they opened the box (due to the circumstances) and it had a blank check in it. I got a copy of the blank check and made some phone calls. It was on a closed account!! I then tried to reach "transam4357" through racing junk and he apologized and said that he would get it cleared up that his girlfriend had taken care of everything for him. After no resolution, we contacted the Hopkinsville City Police Dept, which was familiar with him, and they moved immediately on it. Two days later Chris called us. I am sure that he only called because the police had been in touch with his girlfriend. If you deal with him, I would strongly suggest that you have cash in hand prior to sending him anything!![/b]

and sir you were paid the very next day that we talked. pleasse do mention this. i can post the reciept where your wife picked the moneygram up as well. i also can post up where you refused the package from ups as well . not ever was the package shipper intercepted

its just always something you know. he was paid without any police help and i got a set of wheels. when i make it home i will post copies of everything. can i use html or just and image coded from photobucket??? hell i may post direct links to it. its no big deal really but dang you know i know i paid in full but who else besides us knows. just a hassle

Put the cursor on the photobucket image, when the 4 code lines drop down drag the cursor to the bottom one and click then copy and paste on here...

How about explaining why you stopped the delivery. Sent a blank check and then say he was paid after we talked??? WTF!

Sounds like to me you was caught with your pants down and want to skip over the fact that you did the actions stated above. Then want to claim it's all ok now.

NO IT'S NOT. You had bad intentions but was to dumb to pull it off if everything stated in this whole posting true and correct.

never stopped delivery. never sent a blank check, didnt you read the post i made first. well let me try it again for you. I NEVER PUT A SHIPPER INTERCEPT ON IT.......RECIEVER REFUSED PACKAGE. when i was notified by ups of this i called the thomlinsin or however you spell it and asked to see what was the deal. i also was informed by him the he called police and i was in shock. he said i stopped it but never did i. that was on a sunday. 4 days after i got the wheels. i was never contacted by him nor did i know he didnt accept payment until ups calls me and tells me they got my envelope back. so he was paid immediatly on next buisness day.

Ok now i am going to have to go to the store, need more popcorn, this look's like a two bagger, Someone is a lier and we will find you out :!: :!: :!: Messing with the wrong gang here :!: We have found them before :!: :!: :shock: :shock: :shock:

I read your BS and it's just that my friend. Caught red handed.

This is the story your asking us to believe... You sent the guy a person check for rims that he had for sale... Oh wait YOUR girl friend sent the guy a check for rims he had for sale. The guy agrees to ship you the rims with the promise the payment is in the mail :shock: but he does.

Then after he sends the rims he dreams up this process to make like you sent the payment and then did a shipper hold, acts as if he called the bank and they said the check was on a close account. The seller even says the check is blank. Calls the cops to file a fake police report.

Then he tells UPS hey if this guy calls lie to him and tell him that he called and did a shipper hold request even though he has no clue whats going on.

Then you gat a call or vist from the cops and WOW payment is made. SO what your saying is he never called you one time. Just went right to the police and went after you.

All this so he can:

A. Give away a set of rims worth money to a guy in another state for free and then make up this wonderful story so he has something to post in this section.


Let me ask one question... in the time you sent your check and got the rims did you ever look at your account to see if the check cleared????

When you hear back what your asking us to believe it almost sounds crazy.... IT IS.

Show proof of checks that cleared before and after the one you sent him.... this would be great proof the account was in good standings and that you did have the funds.

And before you get all crazy about I am not listing my account numbers on line just black out all the account numbers and your safe. Think about it you sent a comlete stranger your personal check...

i never claimed my girlfriend did anything. nor did i ever send a check. i sent a money order. you are taking the first post to bbe true because it was posted first??

like i said. i sent jeff a moneyorder via ups. he refused the shipment and contacted police in my area. i recieved word from ups about this refusal and immediately contacted jeff and cindy. who denied refusing shipment. they did not want to do ups anymore so they suggested one of two things. either give them my credit card info or moneygram. i sent moneygram very next day. end of story. never sent blank check. never stopped ups shipment. dont have pics of the money order. i had to cash it in to send moneygram. theres your proof now retractments are in order

well i hope he can fake that too. i dont care what the fuck you say really lol . he was paid . end of story.

But was he paid after you were caught or as originally promised...that's the issue.

no that is only what he says. i understand concern but i know i was stand up buyer. dont know why he chose to do things on his end but i sent good form of payment twice.

and further more i cannot even use rims i bought. one of them is bent and wont hold air and all are curbed up badly with big gouges. not what he specified at all.

Well unless he posts a copy of the blank check it certainly looks like you cleared yourself.

seller has never replied to anything nor has he ever said a wod . i assume this is closed . sorry for the hassle guys. hope if i have sum you want or vice versa you will not hesitate to buy or sell

Personally Guys I would have looked at the post that said someone from UPS opened the package for him?? Have you ever tried to get a UPS driver to let you open a COD before payment?? I find it really hard to believe someone from UPS would have peeked for him?? Just my opinion..P.S. Thats with me & the UPS guys being very good friends--
