I tried to call him and the only time he answered is when i called from a number with a un familiar area code. These kind of people make me sick. Why dont people work for the things they want instead of scam honest people out of them!!!!!!!!!!

Go out to google or whitepages and type the number, it will give you info. Then check your PM, there will be a webaddress from me that you can use which will give you everything in the public records on this guy-pulled off the phone number.

This guy really needs to get his storys in line he purchased the kit but wouldnt pay for shipping and his money was refunded, i have the reciepts he told me i would here from his attoney and guess what no calls, Kelly be a man and addmitt you whated me to pay the shipping and when i wouldnt you started shit and BTW tell the people on here the whole truth you called me thru e-bay and wanted the transaction to take place outside of e-bay i have those e-mails also. This guy if full of it. Sorry for the late reply. The shipment was not signed for and all it had was a money order for two hundred dollars. He gave me some bull about all he could do was two hundred at a time when the money order says maximum of five hundred. He said there were two money orders in there and there wasnt. this has been going on since before Christmas. The only way for me to contact this guyis for me to call from another area code then he says aw man ill call you in a minute and then hangs up. I want my money so i know you (protransam) are reading this. Stop with the kiddy games and man up.

been tracking all the info and your right it wasnt signed for but he cashed the money orders and he said he recieved it after getting on here and starting a scammer watch for me but thats ok like i said before he wanted to do this outside of ebay not here i told him about this site and hes going to use it against me, he has what he has and i have what i have this whole thing should have never happened, i will never do bussiness outside of ebay again and goto ebay and search fro 540protransam and check feedback 100% positive

I sent you 394.00 Through western union thinking i was dealing with an honest guy but my mistake! And guys i have the receipt for that. You wanted 250 for the kit and then your wife found shipping for 90.00 through RL carriers. So that was 340.00 and it cost me to send the money!!! So you owe me 194.00!!!!!! and i know its not much but its mine. And can you explain to everyone why i would send you money for the conversion if i did not want to pay for shipping?????????????????

pro , if he sent you 350. and you refuned 200. then you are going to send 150.00..that adds up to what he sent...350.00. earlier you stated that he had all his money refunded already and you have proof...why would you send him more??? you wouldn't!....at least you are going to settle this ...reguardless of where this deal took place , you are both members here and how this is handled will tell other members whether to buy or sell to either of you in the future, so get it settled in the proper manner and move on,,Paul

All, I just got off the phone with protransam and he agreed to pay me 150 on saturday. I will keep you posted on this. Thanks for all the comments. Hopefully this will be resolved. i will reply when i receive the money.

That was crazy... it went from no money, to a 200.00 check (but he sent "2" checks???), to 394.00, to 350.00. I think I got it... "the check is in the mail"... so is that the 2nd or 3rd check.... uhhh, or was it Western Union??? DAMN!!! I am confused again.... LOL!!!

I don't call this a solution, i call it a resolution MAYBE :shock: If it was ebay auction and you ended the auction after recieving an agreed amount for the sale of the parts, you are obligated to ship the parts as an ebay seller. You claim to be a respected ebay seller 100% feed back.so am i an ebay buyer and seller with 100% FB and i know if this buyer sent all this BS that has been posted here your account would be desolved GONE. But since you stepped out of ebay for the sale that changes the whole picture.
No matter what the buyer agreed to pay you agreed to sell at that price and ship parts, and you are right about one thing, you should have never agreed to not finish the deal thru ebay. A lot of sellers now state you must have a a paypal account to purchase, and that's for a good reason.
Hopefully both learned a lesson on this not so good transaction.
