AD #984710 JOE IS ADVERTISING A STEERING BOX. WHICH I ALREADY SENT HIM THE MONEY TO PURCHASE THIS STEERING BOX THAT HE AGREED TO. I PAY PALED THE MONEY TO HIM,. HE ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT AND SAID THE TRACKING NUMBER WOULD GO OUT TO ME SOON,. HE NEVER SENT THE PART AND IGNORES MY E MAILS. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO PAY PAL AND THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING CLAIM RIGHT NOW. IN THE MEANTIME, HE IS TRYING TO SELL IT AGAIN., THE PHONE NUMBER HE POSTS IS DISCONNECTED.

:twisted: Joe at maximum race engines will not send you your parts.I sent him a money order on 12-16-08 for some rod bolts and he has not sent them.I have emailed him called him and he will not return calls or emails.I wish there was some way to rate every one on this site (good or bad)where it would show up by there user name.The add is #1377349

It would be nice if someone had the time to go thru scammer threads and make a list of bad sellers and scammers. If your on the list you can fight your case to get your name removed. It would be nice to have somewhere to go rather quickly and see if the person your dealing with is on the list. Seems like alot of the scammers are the same SOBs.

I bought a cam from Joe on ebay. He said it was in perfect cond. It was in worse shape than mine that broke a lifter. His cam had broke a lifter also. I only found out 2 years later when I went to use it. I remember very slow shipping also. I will use this board more often.

People start looking first before you send any money.
This guy is 100% B.S.
he is a young guy who thinks he can build engines and parts.
Have to say I have seen his work and it is pretty sad.
