What is up with the disclaimer that needs to be checked everytime you post?

After checking can that stay checked somehow? Puuuuleeeease????

This just a liability issue it keeps us here at RJ out of the court system,which I believe falls back to the posters responsability

That's understandable. I was just wondering if there is a way once you check that box it stays checked per logged in session?

Nope have to check it every post.

Maybe it won't last long tho,we got some thing else in the works I hope, 8)

It is just one more click i dont see the big deal!

This is one of them buttons that will make you think before you post some thing,it releases RJ of all liabilitys of what users type,so the responsibility goes back on the poster,some times you might want to rethink things before you post,You could get yourself in hot water.

This is all the box is,you agree to the terms posted there.If you are making a post and it has no conflicts with what is posted your fine.
