Racers!! Beware!! There's somebody out there trying to screw us out of our money. Some guy using the name of Mike Dean (e-mail [email protected]) will e-mail you wanting to buy your car and wanting to use PayPal to pay for it only his shipper needs so much money if you will send the shipper the money he will add that amount to your paypal. Just beware of this guy, he's probably not even in this country.

Just received an email and a text from this jerk. What a moron !! (seems like the word to use lately)

Received a message from this person I was wondering why he did not respond thru racing junk message center now I know

I got a similar message as well from [email protected]. phone number 408-818-9758 good old copy and paste from my ad, Lame so sick of this Stuff

And with me, today. He sent a text from 480-448-5468 and asked me to email him at [email protected]
I'm glad I searched here before replying...

He is still doing it. Just received the exact same email as above. Word for Word!

theres another one in cali by the name of scott felix wont wire money just wants to send u a check so beware

Watch out, I had a man that wanted to buy my race car. He even sent me a certified check that was sent to my bank. I had a seven day hold placed on it and it never cleared. He even sent $2,500 for shipping. His name was Adam but the check was from Michael Pearson Auto Repair Greenville Sc. This was a Registerd Certified Check. I was lucky, always put a hold on all checks.

I just got something very similar to this today. Adding money to payment amount for "shipping" just go to Walmart and send the money to here..... then your payment will be released to your PayPal account blah blah blah. [email protected] is the email that he wanted me to send a PayPal request to.

8037170341 is the phone number that was texting me this morning.

the fake PayPal emails looked pretty convincing too. I've reported this to PayPal already.
