Nick changing his ways?
 

Well as of today Nick called and left me a message saying he was sorry and wanted me to call him so we could talk directly and if he owed me anything, he was ready to settle up. So we will see...........

I know this thread has been around for a while, but I dont think anyone has gone after this guy through the legal system. I wonder why?

This guy is never going to settle up with you unless you take legal action. Posting on this thread is not going to prompt him to do anything.

If he has ripped off such a large group, then gentlemen you need to as a GROUP go to the state prosecutor in his location. Notify the AG as well.

Multiple individual complaints- just updating the thread isnt going to get him to do anything.

If he wanted me to call I'd say cram it and come after him legally- And btw that doesnt mean big attorney dollars. There are many ways that you can legally come after someone without spending a fortune.

Guys if this dude ripped you off- make him squirm. I would.

Remember Mike2124 thought he'd get away with it- and he was WRONG.

Hello everyone, just an update, got a message from Nick today wanting me to call so I did. He stated that he wanted to make it right with everyone and he was going to send me my money. Will keep everyone informed.

Glad you did!!! He wanted me to call him and I told him I was done talking to him as he never wanted to answere the phone or email me back till people really started getting on him. He has got my address and he knows what or how much he owes me so if he wants to send it great but it would only make us even because no matter what it will never make it right!

Nick just emailed me and said he was going to ship me the money on the 15th if he does we are even on our deal and Ill post he paid me.
