Read the Bruce Alvarez thread. Its GHustlers first forum visit, he complained about an Ebay transaction. Tom and some of the forum readers were pretty hard on him. However it wasnt Scooter or Chris or any of the regulars who visit the forum.

He makes a comment "thanks for being my friends".

He formed his clique opinion right then. Different group of users mind you but he generalized all of the frequent users and decided he didnt fit in and it hurt his feelings. So he lingered, probably read some posts and it bugged him. So he started posting and his posts were fringe civil.

Then the forum did what many groups do, it rebelled to his approach. However, since he had the benefit of not facing the individuals directly, he could hide from or from the conflict and take shots from behind the keyboard. Remember its hard to deal with confliuct face to face but its quite easy when you wear the mask of a keyboard. You can be as tough as you want to be.

Understand that if you want to deal with him YOU CANNOT RESPOND TO HIM.

If you want to silence him, YOU MUST TAKE HIS VOICE. DO NOT REPLY TO HIM AT ALL.

Being ignored removes whatever limited power that he has through his disruption.

DD has been spot on with handling. Until you guys start to ignore him, he will play with you- and thats what he is doing.
